Terms of Service.

We tried to write this like a person, not a lawyer. It's still a legal contract, but you should actually be able to read it.

1. Who we are

“Stoopari,” “we,” and “us” mean Stoopari LLC, an Alabama limited liability company headquartered in Huntsville, doing business as Stoopari and operating across multiple U.S. regions. “You” means the business or person who's signed up for our service. By starting a subscription, you're agreeing to these terms.

2. What we provide

Our core service is one social media post per day, every day, across up to three platforms you choose. We write the captions, source or create the visual element (your photos, stock imagery, AI-generated images, or text-only as appropriate), and schedule the posts using a third-party scheduling tool. Each month includes an in-person visit from your Stoopkeepers and a written performance report. Google Business Profile optimization is included for every customer.

You can buy optional add-on services (we post for you, short-form video production, paid ad management) at the prices listed on the site. Add-ons can be added or dropped any month and take effect the following billing cycle.

For Paid Ad Management customers: ad platform spend (Meta, Google, etc.) is billed by those platforms directly to your card on file with them, not by us. We manage the campaigns; you fund them.

We are not lawyers, accountants, or fortune tellers. We won't promise you a specific number of followers, leads, or sales. Anyone who does is lying.

3. Billing

Your card is charged on the same calendar day each month (or year, if you chose the annual plan), starting the day you sign up. All billing is handled through Stripe. We never store your card details. Stripe does, and they're good at it.

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically over a few days. If we still can't collect, your service pauses until you update your card.

4. Cancellation

Cancel any time from your account dashboard. No phone calls, no retention scripts, no “are you sure?” pop-ups. You'll finish out your current paid period and not be charged again. There are no refunds for partial months or partial years, but you keep the service through the end of the period you've already paid for.

5. Your content, your responsibility

You own everything we create for you. The captions, graphics, videos are all yours. If we make it, you can use it forever, including after you cancel.

You're responsible for what you give us. If you send us a photo of your business, we trust you have the right to use it. If you give us a customer testimonial, we trust they consented. If a third party comes after us because something you provided wasn't yours to share, that's on you, not us.

6. Approvals and revisions

You approve your first three posts. After that, posts go live on the schedule we agree on without further sign-off. If you want to keep approving every post, we can do that. Just say so when you sign up.

Revisions are included, within reason. If you want one or two tweaks on a post, that's normal and free. If you want every post completely rewritten three times, we'll have a conversation about whether this is working.

7. What we won't post

Anything illegal, anything hateful, anything that would put your business at legal risk, or anything we think would embarrass either of us. We'll always tell you why if we decline something.

8. Account access

To post for you, we'll need limited access to your social accounts. We strongly recommend using Meta Business Suite or similar tools so you can grant us access without sharing passwords. When you cancel, we remove ourselves from your accounts within 48 hours.

9. Liability

We do our best, but social media is unpredictable. We can't be liable for things outside our control. That means platform bans, algorithm changes, your competitors, the weather. If something goes seriously wrong and it's actually our fault, our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the previous three months.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll email you at least 30 days before the changes take effect. You can always cancel before then if you don't agree.

11. Disputes

If we have a disagreement, the first thing to do is call us. Most things sort themselves out over a 15-minute phone call. If they don't, these terms are governed by Alabama law, and any formal dispute happens in Madison County, Alabama.
